Shelcom Corporate Services has been providing shelf companies, business name registrations and a host of corporate secretarial services to accounting firms, law firms and small businesses since 1987.

Company registrations are performed using the ASIC's ECR system making it possible to have an A.C.N. within 2 hours of receiving instructions.

Our company package includes:
  • Preparation, lodgement and payment of ASIC Form 201 - Application for Registration as an Australian Company
  • Quality maroon 'A4' two ring binder
  • Complete registers, minutes and/or resolutions, consents to act, applications for shares, share - transfers and share certificates
  • 4 bound constitutions prepared by a legal practitioner
  • Special purpose constitutions for superannuation companies
  • Common seal : fold-a-stamp or hand stamp
  • Delivery by courier the next working day in Melbourne Metro. 48 hour delivery for interstate
  • Guarantee that company has not traded
Optional extras:
  • Floppy diskette to easily and quickly import company into BGL Corporate Solutions Pty Ltd CAS software
  • Macquarie Cash Management Trust Application Form
  • ABN/TFN Application Form
  • Option of a Shelcom folder or manilla spring transfer folder or you may wish to issue us with your firms folders to supply the documentation in
  • Constitution and other register documentation saved on CD in PDF format
  • Constitiutions bound with comb binding or permanent heat seal binding
