If your application is submitted and we have completed the work, we are unable to provide you with a refund. If you have submitted your application and call to cancel before any work commences we will be able to delete your application and you will not incur any charges. ASIC only allows for the registration date of a company to be the day on which you submit your application. Therefore, you are unable to back date or future date a company registration.

Unfortunately, ASIC does not allow for the duplication of names and there are also restricted words which are unable to be used or there is a requirement to obtain consent for use within the company’s name.
