you are having difficulty registering and cannot find and answer here, please

Q. Why is registration required? A. Registration is not required and is voluntary, however, if you use our website frequently and would like to keep track of orders or save time filling in forms, we strongly recommend that you register. Q. Where do I go to register? A. Visit our Registration Page. Q. Is it really necessary for me to enter all of this information? A. The purpose of registration is primarily to help you save time. We collect this information when you register, and then, if you are logged in, auto-fill selected fields for you when you use our online forms. Q. What is the purpose of the secret question? A. The secret question and answer is a security feature. We store your password using irreversible MD5 encryption for your security. We do not know your password and can never supply it to you - if you do happen to forget or lose your password, we ask for your email address and the answer to your secret question - it helps us to ensure that you are who you say you are! Q. I have entered all of my details - what is the Verfication Code? A. These days there are many people trying to hack websites - one method they use is called a "brute-force" attack. A small computer program is written and attempts to find flaws in the website by simultaneously send thousands and thousands of registrations to the website - basically rendering the site useless. The Verficiation Code is an image and makes it very difficult for a computer program to read. Humans, however, can read it quite well!
Q. I have successfully submitted my registration - now what? A. In the next 5 (or so) minutes, keep an eye on your email inbox (remember the address you entered for the registration process?) and you should receive and email from us.
