Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, once your application is submitted and we have completed the work, we are unable to provide you with a refund. 

What is included in my documents?
All work supplied to you includes complete and comprehensive documentation to ensure you are compliant from day one. 

When will my call be returned?
There are times where our staff will be unable to take your call. Our staff have been trained to return your call within 24 hours.   

Shipping and Delivery
All prices displayed on our website include shipping costs Australia wide. Metropolitan Melbourne deliveries will be handled by our own courier. For shipping outside of metropolitan Melbourne, we use the Australia Post express post network which is a simple and cost effective express delivery service that guarantees next business day delivery. This covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. 

Delivery Time Frame
In most cases, orders are dispatched within 2 business days form receipt of your order. Shipping times are estimated between 2-4 business days depending on your location within Australia and the type of service you order.  Should you require delivery outside of out regular time frames and locations, then additional charges may be applied and you will be liable for those charges.
