The EightiesOur vision began back in 1987 as a small home based business, where we identified the need within the accounting industry for an outsourced solution to handling ASIC Company compliance and ASIC Company registrations.

At the time, there was really no marketplace for our services as many professional service businesses (Accountants and Lawyers) believed that outsourcing would reduce revenue and cause inefficiencies within their organisations.

The NinetiesIn the early 1990's, the mindset of professional services companies began to change. Finding and providing training for new staff became time consuming as did the increased burden of compliance and deadlines.  There was also a requirement to purchase Company Registration and Company Compliance specific software.

For the average accounting firm, this became unmanageable as there was now a requirement for dedicated staff to perform the ASIC Company compliance tasks. It seemed that the ability to outsource this type of work was an attractive way to improve business efficiency and provide improved service offerings.

Current Times With the improvements in technology and the availability of information over the Internet, our niche market is becoming increasingly recognised to small business owners who prefer DIY solutions.

Being an ASIC Agent and specialist, we understand the fine print and the processes needed to register a business within Australia.    

Over our journey, we have enjoyed long and mutually beneficial relationships with many of our regular clients. Our service offering has increased to include ASIC Company services, Business Name Registrations, Setting up of Trusts, Self Managed Superannuation Funds along with other regularly used legal documents.


We pride ourselves on providing a quality product and efficient service with a friendly and personal approach.
