ASIC Company Registration Process
Register your Company with ASIC by following these 6 simple steps:
Step 1: See if your company name is available by using the free search.
Step 3: Make sure you carefully review your completed application prior to submission. (changes to a submitted application may be subject to additional fees)
Step 4: Submit your application with your payment details.
Step 5: Within 1 hour, you will receive an email with your company Certificate of Registration (this confirms the Company's Name and Australian Company Number).
Step 6: Within 24-48 hours you will receive your completed Company documents (Minutes, Consents, Share Certificates and 4 copies of the Constitution) professionally bound and delivered to your door.
