ASIC Annual Review Service

Our expertise as ASIC Agents, allows us to provide a service whereby we assist company owners in keeping their company's compliant by continuous monitoring and lodgement of ASIC forms on your behalf.
In order for Shelcom to help you, we need to become the ASIC registered agent of your company and we must have an officeholder of the company sign Form 362 which notifies ASIC that the company wishes to be represented by Shelcom.
Every year we will report to ASIC to advise them that your company is continuing to trade and will continue with its activities for the next 12 months.
All companies are required to lodge an annual return and pay an annual fee of on the anniversary of its registration date.
By appointing Shelcom as your agent, we will work with you to ensure the following steps are completed at the time of your company's review:
- We will check your Company Statement;
- We will change your company details within 28 days (if required we will lodge a Form 484);
- We will make sure you pay your Annual Review Fee within 2 months of review date; and
- We will provide you with a Solvency Resolution.

Our fee for this service is $100.00 per company including two Member, Director or Address changes throughout the year.
